However, in the severe Kyushu typhoon in 2017, the entire brewery suffered a devastating blow. All the brewing tools were destroyed by floods and mud flows. As soon as possible to restore the delicious sweet sake that the whole of Japan is waiting for, all the local people and the media have come to help the rebuilding of the sake brewery. The reconstruction was completed in less than a year, and the rigorous and fine winemaking technology continues to be upheld, and the sweetness is good.
